The design of the workplace is changing. Understanding how an organization’s culture and human behavior influences employee engagement is how Rochelle approaches workplace design. She seeks to understand the drivers and strategy behind each client’s business. Rochelle is skilled at bringing teams together to create consensus by quickly gaining the trust of clients and colleagues.
With a resumé that includes working for government agencies and private companies, Rochelle has developed a deep appreciation and understanding for how difficult it is to make effective change at a large organization. It requires strong internal leadership and an ability to grasp how one change can have a ripple effect across an organization. That experience has given her empathy for the clients she serves. She encourages them to push the envelope and offers the support they need to succeed in making change happen.
Outside the office, Rochelle spends time with her husband (a software engineer and DJ) and their nine-year-old son. Together, they enjoy painting, cooking, and new adventures.
